The property is scheduled for a 60 min appointment with a videographer. Once completed, an editor will then assemble a 3 minute custom broadcast quality commercial of the property featuring beautiful images of up to 7 setups, which may include, the front and rear exteriors, various living & dining spaces, kitchen, master suite, views & grounds. Also includes a professional voiceover, who can also give an informative description of the surrounding community, and other qualities of the property.
